Keeping your information up to date ensures faster shipping and accurate billing. You can manage your profile and addresses directly from your Madison Island account at any time.
How to Update Your Profile
Log in to your Madison Island account.
Click My Profile from the top-right menu.
Under Personal Information, you can edit your name, phone number, or date of birth.
Click Save Changes when finished.
How to Add or Edit Saved Addresses
In your profile, go to Saved Addresses.
To add a new address, click Add Address, then enter your street, apartment number, city, ZIP code, and country.
To edit an existing address, select it and click Edit.
Mark one address as your default shipping and another as your billing address if needed.
Don’t forget to click Save.
Tips
Always double-check your address before placing an order — incorrect addresses can cause delivery delays.
If you recently moved, remove outdated addresses to avoid confusion.
For added security, your saved payment methods are managed separately in Payment Settings.
Can’t Update Your Info?
If you’re unable to save changes or see an error, clear your browser cache or try again in incognito mode.
