We know waiting for a refund can be stressful, so here’s exactly how our refund process works — and what to expect depending on your payment method.
Step 1: Return received
Once your returned items arrive at our warehouse, our quality team inspects them within 2–3 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when the return is approved.
Step 2: Refund issued
After approval, we immediately initiate the refund to your original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
PayPal or Digital Wallet: 1–3 business days.
Buy Now, Pay Later (Klarna/Afterpay): processing is handled directly by the provider — you’ll see adjustments in your account within 3–5 business days.
Gift Card or Store Credit: reissued instantly upon approval.
Step 3: Check your account
Once the refund is sent, we’ll email a confirmation with a reference number.
You can also track refund status under My Orders → Returns.
Step 4: Common reasons for delay
Occasionally, banks hold transactions during weekends or holidays.
If it’s been over 10 business days since approval, please contact your payment provider first — they can trace the refund faster than we can.
